The tasks comprise a multitude of activities and require a highly motivated, self-organized and team centric working style. In particular we are looking for following positions:

 

Senior Software Developer

  • minimum 3 years experience in software development
  • profound knowledge of Python and C++
  • excellent knowledge of open source frameworks (Gnome, GObject, GObject-Introspection)
  • excellent knowledge and experience with various Linux distributions (MeeGo, Debian, Ubuntu) and their build systems
  • extensive experience in open source projects and associated tools and processes (git, trac)

 

Junior Client Software Developer

  • minimum 1 year of experience in software development
  • very good working knowledge and practical experience with Python and C++
  • good understanding of open source frameworks (Gnome, GObject)
  • good understanding of multimedia frameworks (Gstreamer) and UI libraries (Clutter, Mx) would be an asset
  • proficiency with related tools (git, trac) 

 

Junior Backend Software Developer

  • minimum 1 year of experience in software development
  • very good working knowledge and practical experience with JavaScript, JQuery, Ruby on Rails
  • good understanding and practical experience with NoSQL databases, preferrably MongoDB
  • proficiency with related tools (git, trac) 

 

Internship - Computational linguistics

  • experience in formal computational linguistics
  • experience in computational semantics
  • programming experience in C++ or Python
  • solid knowledge of and practical experience with Semantic Web technologies (RDF, OWL, Topic Maps)
    would be an asset
  • solid knowlegde of relevant tools and frameworks
